We took two weeks off to come to the U.S. for the holidays. We had a great time in OK during our first week of vacation. As usual, time flew by really fast. For our second week, we headed off to Miami and took a short Caribbean cruise to Grand Cayman and Jamaica. Unfortunately, due to a nasty cold front that caused ocean swells in the area, our stop in Grand Cayman was cut short by a few hours, and we weren't able to dock in Jamaica. Nonetheless, it was a relaxing and fun trip, and we loved a week of warm weather before heading back to the cold. Here are a few of ours pics:

Right after we got back from our trip, I started a job in Switzerland. Doc and I now both have pretty long commutes by Swiss standards--a little over an hour each direction. Still, we have no desire to leave Zürich for Zug. Thank goodness for the great Swiss public transportation system. We can both easily get to and from work without a car.
