Ngorongoro Conservation Area

We spent about two days in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Just like in the Serengeti, we saw lots of animals. Along the way, we visited a Maasai village. We also got out of the car for a little while and enjoyed a nature walk with a guide along the Ngorongoro crater rim. Here are just a few of our photos.

This warthog cracked me up! I love how he's kneeling to eat!


In the distance are two black rhinos!






These wildebeests were chasing away the cheetah in the right-hand side of the photo.




On the other side of the crater it was pouring.


A gustnado -- who would have imagined that?!


She was directly out my window!
