Beijing: Qian Men

There was so much to see in Beijing! We started out exploring an area called Qian Men, which is south of Tian'an Men Square. There was a large pedestrian-only zone with shopping, a trolley line, and restaurants.

 

 

We enjoyed a dish with beef, cilantro, garlic and lots of chilis!

A few blocks away from Qian Men was the South Cathedral, one of a few Catholic churchs in Beijing.
